My name is Adriana. I am the creator, owner, and operator of The Bitchy Hippie. I am a registered nurse in Fresno, CA with 20 years of experience in the pediatric medical field. I am also a patient with rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, migraines, and chronic fatigue. For years I was heavily medicated with prescription medications that had horrible side effects. Desperation led to my researching medicinal cannabis as a last resort. Applying my expertise as a registered nurse; I learned how, and why cannabis works as medicine. The switch to cannabis was life changing for me. Through this experience, my passion for cannabis grew. Outside of my job as a registered nurse, I've been a skincare junkie since the age of 12. Even as a young teen, I started researching ingredients, and treatments for my problematic skin. With my knowledge of the integumentary system, and cannabis; I've learned to formulate my own CBD skincare products that worked for my skin.
I still actively work as a pediatric nurse. I'm a wife to my amazing husband. I'm a mom to our 2 daughters, 1 dog, and 3 cats. When I'm not in the kitchen making products, or working a hospital shift; you can catch me out at the softball field cheering my daughters on.
